This is what your job looks like

As a Service Advisor, you are primarily responsible for all contacts, both telephone and personal, between the customer and the organisation. You ensure that the process surrounding the maintenance and/or repair work planned and/or to be planned runs smoothly. You are the face of our company and the first point of contact for our workshop customers.

What we ask of you

• You are a service-oriented, open and energetic colleague who knows how to get things done and can plan his/her own work well.
• Experience with administrative processes is necessary.
• It is also a prerequisite that you have a feeling for technology, as this makes the work easier and speeds up the communication with your colleagues.
• You have relevant work experience and understand the world of our customers. Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
• You are a strong communicator and you receive our relations as guests instead of customers. Also at times when it is busy.
• You understand better than anyone that it is very important to our customers that the care surrounding their car is taken out of their hands and that they experience as little inconvenience as possible.
• A technical and/or commercial completed MBO education on level 3/4.
• You are stress resistant and have a flexible attitude.
• You work accurately, structurally and are a well-organised self starter.
• Living in the vicinity of the location.
