Breakdown on the road, it can happen. Within our opening hours, we will do everything we can to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Outside these opening hours, you can contact the Service Centre in almost all of Europe via:

The staff at the Service Central are on hand 24/7 to help you find the nearest BMW / MINI dealer or professional assistance service. In the Netherlands, you can choose where to take your BMW or MINI: to Severs Breeman or to the nearest dealer. On motorways and outside office hours (from 5 p.m. to 7 a.m.), a universal professional assistance service will always be called.

BMW/MINI Service Extended Breakdown Assistance

For all BMW and MINI drivers with a BMW or MINI older than 5 years, it is possible to continue driving carefree with BMW/MINI Service Extended Roadside Assistance. Extended Roadside Assistance is a comprehensive package that you can easily take out online that allows you to use emergency services until your BMW or MINI is 20 years old. Extended Roadside Assistance is available exclusively for BMW and MINI drivers, costs only €89 per year and is about 45% cheaper than comparable roadside assistance providers. Extended Roadside Assistance can also be taken out in combination with a workshop visit at Severs Breeman and then costs only € 35 per year. Upon registration, you will receive the BMW / MINI Service Card with BMW / MINI Privileges 'Gold' status. This offer is valid until December 31, 2023.

Help in the Netherlands

This is what you can expect from our breakdown service in the Netherlands:

  • Emergency repair by the nearest BMW / MINI dealer, Authorised Service Partner or professional universal service provider (up to max. 30 minutes working time)
  • Transport of the vehicle to a BMW / MINI dealer or Authorised Service Partner of your choice
  • Storage of your BMW / MINI
  • Compensation for transport of the passenger(s) up to a maximum of € 80.
  • Replacement vehicle for up to 3 working days, if the BMW / MINI cannot be repaired on-site.

Assistance abroad

This is what you can expect from our roadside assistance abroad:

  • Emergency repair by the nearest BMW / MINI dealer, Authorised Service Partner or professional universal service provider (up to max. 30 minutes working time)
  • Transport of the vehicle to the nearest BMW / MINI dealer or Authorised Service Partner
  • Storing and storing your BMW / MINI
  • Replacement vehicle for up to 5 working days, if the BMW / MINI cannot be repaired within half a working day
  • Compensation for transport of the passenger(s) up to a maximum of € 100.
  • Hotel accommodation (bed and breakfast) for the passenger(s) for a maximum of 4 nights
  • Sending of necessary parts for repair (not the cost of the parts themselves)

If your BMW or MINI cannot be repaired within 3 working days:

  • Transport of the BMW / MINI to your BMW / MINI dealer or Authorised Service Partner in the Netherlands (within 10 working days)
  • The costs of transporting the passengers to the Netherlands.
