This is what your job looks like

You will be responsible for all incoming phone and email traffic from the workshop reception. On the phone you receive our customers and visitors as guests and make sure that the contact moment leaves a great impression. In addition, you assist the workshop reception by performing administrative tasks such as planning maintenance and / or repair work. You are the business card of our company. In short, a very varied and service-oriented job.

• You are service-oriented and communicatively strong: a good interlocutor and a true Host(s). You welcome customers with a smile and a positive attitude. You are a friendly and bubbly personality.
• You can plan and coordinate your own work well, you are independent in execution and have a healthy sense of responsibility.
• You are the person who answers incoming phone calls and refers them to the appropriate department.
• With your technical affinity, you will assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing documentation and invoices.
• You have a clear and friendly telephone voice.
• You have commercial acumen, you are customer and service oriented.
• You have experience with administrative processes and are accurate in processing them.
• You are presentable and have a professional appearance.
• Heb je weinig of geen werkervaring, maar wil je graag leren? Het team neemt je graag mee in jouw tempo om alle kneepjes van het vak eigen te maken!
• MBO-3 working and thinking level, for example Administrative Assistant supplemented by relevant courses.
• Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is een vereiste, beheersing van de Engelse taal is een pré.
