New design era MINI
The new design language of the MINI Concept Aceman marks the beginning of a new design era at MINI: Charismatic Simplicity. Its principle is to focus on the essentials, giving greater meaning to the design features of MINI. The design remains true to the traditional values of MINI, with additional focus on the passion for technological innovation.

The combination of clear, minimalist interior and exterior design and the way occupants experience light, movement and sound define MINI's new style. Upholstery made of recycled textiles in fresh, contrasting colors blend seamlessly with the digital controls with a new OLED display as the central interface. However, the unique atmosphere of the interior is still as we have come to expect from MINI. For the first time, the all-electric next-generation models get a sound all their own, with appealing driving sounds that provide an authentic backdrop for the new Experience Modes.

A blend of two success models
Distinctive details of MINI's two most successful models, the MINI 3-Door and the MINI Countryman, come together in a modern interpretation of a crossover. The MINI Concept Aceman is a compact 5-door model with room for five people. The electric drive gave the designers the opportunity to accentuate MINI's brand values in the design and combine them with creative use of space. As a result, the concept car is compact (4.05 m long, 1.99 m wide and 1.59 m high), but offers unprecedented comfort, extensive usability and the MINI Go-Kart feeling.

The smooth transitions between the sheet metal and windows make the Concept Aceman very aerodynamic. Chrome trim as was found on previous model generations is completely absent. Wide sill strips, powerfully shaped wheel arches, large wheels, an eye-catching roof rack and floor protection panels at the front and rear provide the solid character of the all-around crossover.

New interpretation
Iconic design elements have been reinterpreted for the vertical front of the MINI Concept Aceman. This makes it clearly a crossover. The design elements also refer to its all-electric drive. The central 'grille' is no longer hexagonal, but octagonal and completely closed. The surround is fitted with light green LED lights, which provide striking daytime running lights and enhance the design in darkness. The headlights of the MINI Concept Aceman also have a new shape, following the edges of the hood.

Horizontal lines give the rear of the MINI Concept Aceman a striking and modern look. The lines emphasize the width of the car. An effect that is enhanced by the deepening under the rear window, which reinforces the aerodynamics. Viewed from the rear, the MINI Concept Aceman has the rounded stepped contours, widening towards the bottom, for which MINI is known. The dark roof spoiler and rear window accentuate the recognizable shapes. The distinctive, vertical tail lights, like the lights in the grille surround, feature LED Matrix technology, allowing for a variety of lighting scenarios.
